HR Homes is a property development and management company formed in 2012. Currently with a portfolio of 7 buildings that have been recently renovated to a higher modern standard, al started through a B2L Model.

Moving from renovations we have began to delve into development side of property. Our first project was converting a 4-bedroom HMO into a 7 Bedroom, all ensuite. This was accomplished through ground and building works and we aim to scale these projects and be able to analyze and take advantage of opportunities when they arise.
