Abington Avenue was purchased as a 4 bed HMO.

Our objective for this project is to transform a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house into a 7 bedroom, all ensuite HMO. This will be done through renovation, building and groundworks .

We have estimated that the project will take 6-8 months to complete, with the planning application, structural sign off and party wall agreements already secured, we now move onto the next stage of the project.
